The kinesiology taping method is a unique therapeutic approach that enables safe and effective treatment for a wide range of injuries while significantly improving the healing process.
Its uniqueness lies in its ability to maintain the patient’s mobility. Preserving large, but safe ranges of motion, while supporting joint and muscular activity, promotes faster recovery, better rehabilitation outcomes, and shorter downtime. This is because movement prevents adhesions, connective-tissue degeneration, and atrophy
In addition, the tape’s elasticity creates a biomechanical lifting effect, which enhances fluid circulation in peripheral tissues. This makes kinesiology taping highly valuable in treating sports injuries, swelling, and bruising
Kinesiology tape is the result of many years of research, designed to mimic human skin in both thickness and elasticity. This allows for comfortable, long-term application that supports meaningful therapeutic change.
Taping is suitable for neurological conditions, myofascial dysfunction, pain management, lymphatic issues and swelling, ligament support in postural injuries, and protecting the body from harmful ranges of motion.
The course is intended for therapists, trainers, instructors, and movement professionals involved in sports injuries, rehabilitation, and pain treatment.
Learning Format and Course Structure
The course includes 20 total training hours, making it one of the most comprehensive programs in the field.
It is divided into:
A frontal (in-person) course: a complete program covering the understanding, principles, and practical application of myofascial, lymphatic, and ligament taping techniques.
A digital course: expanding the in-person training and including 100 tapings with explanations.
Advanced studies: an optional continuation track for enthusiastic practitioners who want to deepen their taping skills. This track is ideal for those who use the technique extensively in their clinic and want to master advanced applications.
Because the method requires practice, precision, and the ability to cut tape into various shapes according to the therapeutic goal, our teaching approach is based on continuous studying — an ongoing learning process that supports real skill development
